Questions

How does it handle a checkout and an arrival on the same day?

The cleaning task for that unit is flagged and sorted first, and it shows as late on your board if it has not started in time.

Does guest registration meet my city's rules?

The Guest Portal collects the details you configure, including ID details where local rules require them. Which fields are required depends on your city, so tell us where you operate.

Several of my apartments are in the same building. Does that help?

Yes. Tasks can be assigned to one cleaner in the order that suits the building, and they see them as one list.
