StayDeck works with the PMS you already use, or without one. Dates come from each listing's calendar link (iCal), so setup is pasting a link.

Does the guest need to download an app?

No. The link opens as a web page in the phone browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.

Do I have to change my PMS or my message templates?

No. StayDeck works with your PMS or without one. You add one link to the message you already send to guests.

Which extras can I sell?

The first version covers early check-in, late checkout and transfers. You set the prices and choose which units offer them.
