Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These terms apply when you use the website staydeck.app and when you use a StayDeck account, including a demo workspace. They are an agreement between you and StayDeck (staydeck.app), Istanbul, Türkiye ("StayDeck", "we", "us"). If you use StayDeck for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may do so.
1. The website
You can read the website freely. When you send us a form (a demo or pricing request), please give accurate details; we use them as described in our Privacy notice.
2. Demo accounts
- What it is. A demo account opens a StayDeck workspace filled with example units, bookings, guests and numbers, so you can see how StayDeck works. The data is made up; nothing you do in it reaches a real guest, cleaner or owner.
- Who gets one. We create demo accounts on request and at our discretion. An account is for the person it was issued to. Please do not share your password or let others use your account.
- How long. Access lasts for the period stated in your welcome email, 60 days unless we tell you otherwise. We may extend it, or end it earlier, for example if these terms are not followed.
- Your data in the demo. The demo is for example data. Do not enter personal data about real guests, cleaners or owners, or other confidential information. Changes you make are not saved; reloading the page starts the example day again.
- Security. Keep your password safe. Signing in on a new device asks for a code sent to your email. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
- disrupt or overload the service, or use bots or scripts to access it, apart from normal browser use;
- copy, resell or rebuild StayDeck or its screens, or use the service to build a competing product;
- use StayDeck for anything unlawful, or to send spam.
4. Ownership
StayDeck, its software, design, text and images belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the website and your account as described here. Platform names such as Airbnb and Booking.com belong to their owners and are used only to describe what StayDeck works with.
5. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve StayDeck without owing you anything for it. We will not name you without your permission.
6. Using StayDeck for your business
Using StayDeck with your own properties, calendars and guests is covered by a separate written agreement, which sets out the service, prices, support and how we process your data. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
7. No warranty
The website and demo accounts are provided "as is" and free of charge. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Example figures in the demo are illustrations, not forecasts for your business.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or a demo account, and our total liability for it is limited to 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Ending
You can stop using StayDeck at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the demo period ends. Sections 4, 5, 7, 8 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters for your account, we will tell you by email before it applies. Using StayDeck after that means you accept the updated terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul deal with any dispute, unless the law of the country where you live gives you a right to bring a claim there.
