How it works

Calendar links in. Three links out.

Setup takes about five minutes and needs no PMS. Here is exactly what goes in and what comes out.

  1. Paste your calendar links.

    One link per listing. Bookings, checkouts and arrivals appear and stay up to date on their own.

  2. Send each person their link.

    Add the guest link to the message you already send. Your crew gets theirs by WhatsApp or SMS. Each owner keeps one.

  3. See the day on one screen.

    Ready, late and unassigned units, guest registrations, extras sold and statements sent.

Where the data comes from.

  • Calendar links (iCal)

    Dates for every booking, from any platform or PMS that exports a calendar. Setup is pasting a link.

  • Payout files

    The payout report from Airbnb or Booking.com, uploaded once a month. Owner statements are built from it.

  • What you write once

    The house guide, the cleaning checklist and your extras, per unit.

  • Email import

    Forward your booking confirmation emails to your StayDeck address and guest names and amounts fill themselves in.

  • PMS connections

    Already on a PMS? Connect it for guest names, amounts and live changes, or keep working from calendar links.

  • Nothing to migrate

    Your bookings stay where they are. StayDeck reads them, it does not replace the tools you use.

Questions

What is a calendar link?

Every listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and most PMSs has an export link in iCal format. It carries the booked dates and updates on its own.

What does a calendar link not include?

Amounts. That is why owner statements use the payout report you download from the platform and upload once a month.

Do you need access to my PMS or my platform accounts?

Only if you choose to connect your PMS. Otherwise StayDeck reads the calendar links you paste, the emails you forward and the files you upload, and never logs into your accounts.
