Where do the numbers on the statement come from?
From the payout report you download from Airbnb or Booking.com and upload once a month, plus the expense lines you add.
Does the owner need an account or an app?
No. Each owner has a private link that opens in the browser.
Can an owner see other owners' properties?
No. A link only shows the properties that belong to that owner.
