What the calendar shows

    One row per unit, with bookings from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and your PMS in the same grid.

  • Same-day turnovers

    Days where one guest leaves and the next arrives are marked, so they are never a surprise.

  • Gaps between stays

    Empty nights between two bookings stand out, which is where a late checkout or an extra night can be offered.

  • Owner blocks

    Dates an owner keeps for themselves appear as blocks, next to the paid stays.

    Calendar links refresh on their own. There is nothing to import again.

A calendar you read, not a channel manager

StayDeck shows your bookings, it does not send prices or availability back to the platforms. Your PMS or channel manager keeps doing that. The calendar is there so the people and tasks around each booking line up.

StayDeck works with the PMS you already use, or without one. Dates come from each listing's calendar link (iCal), so setup is pasting a link.

Questions

Does the calendar sync availability between platforms?

No. It is a read-only view built from each listing's calendar link. Blocking dates across platforms stays with your PMS or channel manager.

How current is it?

Calendar links are re-read automatically through the day. A new booking appears after the next refresh, not instantly.

Does it show guest names and prices?

Calendar links carry dates, and sometimes a name or a reference. Amounts come from the payout file you upload for owner statements.
