Questions
Do my cleaners need to install an app or create an account?
No. They get a link by WhatsApp or SMS and it opens in the phone browser.
Where do the cleaning tasks come from?
From the checkout dates in each listing's calendar link (iCal). When a booking changes, the task changes with it.
Can I use it with an outside cleaning company?
Yes. A task can be assigned to a person or to a team, and each of them only sees their own list.
Does it cover maintenance as well as cleaning?
Yes. A problem reported by a cleaner becomes a maintenance task, and you can add tasks by hand.
