    Answers questions about parking, wifi, the door and checkout from your own house guide, and offers paid extras when they fit the question.

  • Operations agent

    Watches the day's turnovers, reminds a cleaner whose task has not started, and tells you early when a unit will not be ready for arrival.

  • Owner agent

    Answers "how was my month" from the owner's statement and drafts the monthly note you would otherwise write by hand.

  • Your rules

    You choose which topics each agent may answer. Anything outside them comes straight to you.

Questions

Will an agent reply to my guests without me knowing?

Only on the topics you allow, and every conversation is visible to you next to the booking. Anything outside those topics is handed to you.

Where do the answers come from?

From your own house guide, check-in details, checklists and statements in StayDeck, not from general knowledge about your area.

Can I use StayDeck without the agents?

Yes. Every module works on its own, and agents can be switched on per link.

The other modules: Guest Portal, Owner Portal, Multi-Calendar, Task Management, Mobile App, Direct Booking.
